How was your day?
βSlept about seven hours, went for a long walk at lunch and dinner with my sister was lovely. Work was a bit much this afternoon though.β
How it works
Journaling that listens
Three steps, about thirty seconds, once a day.
- 1
Say how your day went
Tap the mic and talk for as long as you like. It's transcribed right on your phone, so it works even on a patchy connection.
- 2
Halo fills in the details
MOJO's AI pulls out your mood, what lifted or weighed on it, how you slept and what you did. You review it, tweak anything, and save.
- 3
See what lifts you
After a week or two of check-ins, your patterns appear: the nights, habits and people that line up with your best days.
Voice journaling
Your journal, out loud
Some days you don't have the words to type. Just talk. MOJO keeps your recording, writes up a clean journal entry, and picks out the mood and moments that mattered, so looking back is as easy as scrolling.
- Speak instead of typing
- Transcribed on your phone
- Edit before you save
- Gentle daily reminders

Long walk at lunch, dinner with my sister. Work was a bit much this afternoon.
Slept in, yoga class, then finally finished that book. Felt really rested.
Back-to-back meetings and a short night. Need an early one tonight.

Questions, answered
When does MOJO launch?
MOJO launches on iOS and Android on 1 December 2026. Join the list and we'll email you the moment it's live.
What is MOJO?
MOJO is a wellness journal you can talk to. You say how your day went, and MOJO logs your mood, sleep and activity, then shows you the patterns behind your best days.
Do I have to talk? Can I type instead?
Either works. Voice check-ins are the fastest way in, but you can always write a journal entry, pick a mood or log sleep and activities by hand.
What does the energy score mean?
It's Halo's estimate of your energy today, from 0 to 100, based on your recent mood, sleep and activity. It comes with the factors behind it, so you can see what's helping and what's draining you. It needs about a week of check-ins to get going.
Is MOJO a medical app?
No. MOJO is for everyday wellbeing: understanding your moods, sleep and habits. It doesn't diagnose anything or give medical advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional.
Who can see my journal?
Only you. Your journal is private unless you choose to share something in the community, and you can lock the app with MOJO Pass.
How much does it cost?
MOJO is free to start. A Pro plan unlocks unlimited check-ins, deeper Halo insights and more.
Thirty seconds a day. A clearer picture of you.
Start with today. Tell MOJO how it went, and let your patterns do the rest.
